Partner / Channel Manager -
Reston/Herndon VA- DC Metro

We need an experienced Channel/Partner Manager for the US. If you have experience selling software applications through channel partners and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
- Driving partner revenue to hit quota –regional partners, focus partners and National partners in the Central and Western USA.
- Manage multiple strategic national partners – develop a business plan, execute against it. Coordinate executive level meetings.
- Must be willing and able to travel
- Engages partners in account mappings with the Direct Sales Team.
- Builds partner go to market account plans.
- Recruitment and assessment of new partners and the opportunities they bring
- Ownership of local partner relationships including; partner training and productivity.
- Coordinate marketing events. Attention to detail is required.
- Display ability to navigate through a Partner’s organization.
- Hold partner accountable for forecast, program requirement fulfillment and target accounts jointly.
Required Experience
- Four to six years of experience in enterprise software channel sales experience.
- Knowledge of application software sales through channels and partners as well as and knowledge of partners in region is an absolute requirement.
- Ability to learn full service desk management software with the intent to train others.
- Must possess the technical aptitude to grasp channel sales and strategy
- Must have good presentation skills and be self motivated.
Salary and Benefits
The most driven and dedicated sales professionals will be compensated with a lucrative structure with outstanding upside potential. Current sales executives are earning base salaries in the $80,000 to $95,000 and total annual earnings into the $195,000k+ range and not capped. We also offer an excellent benefits package.
