General Summary:

Acquire and develop new carrier class business logos within region or line of business this is a hunter position.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to installation.

Focus on driving new booked revenue in the carrier market and manage aggressive quota.

Establish and maintain industry network and knowledge.

Perform as advocate for the customer through solution selling, and technical, product and provision support.

Conduct contract negotiations: MSAs and pricing addendums.

Knowledgeable of sales force automation, contact management systems, business case development, and desktop applications.





Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Relevant Work Experience:4 years of telecommunications industry experience with demonstrated consultative selling and major account management expertise.



Other Job Specific Skills

Should be able to demonstrate ability to be detail oriented.

Knowledge and understanding of carrier market and competitive landscape desired.
