The Director of Intelligence and Identity Management Services (I2M) is directly responsible to the Systems Support Group (SSG) Vice President. The director of I2M Operating Unit is responsible for all technical management, strategic planning and business development for assigned market areas. This position manages P&L growth and ensures maximum program performance and customer satisfaction on all programs in the Intelligence and Identity Management Division. Candidate must establish strategic direction in targeting and successful capture of new business with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland, and Department of State and selected markets. This position requires over 10 years experience in the Intelligence / DoD community. Involvement in bids and proposals to the government is preferred. Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate ability to build relationships in the technical services environment. They should also have demonstrated the ability to quickly learn and communicate in new areas and able to secure a top secret clearance. A BS required and graduate degree is encouraged, with a strong sense of metrics are essentials. Travel is required. Security Clearance Required.
